Periklista Technique

The ancient Greek Periklista with enamel technique was one of the most sophisticated techniques for decorating jewelry in antiquity.

This technique involved creating small partitions on a metal surface, usually made of gold, which were filled with enamel, stones or glass. These partitions were thin metal wires or strips that were glued to the surface of the jewelry, forming elaborate designs and patterns.
