Bird’s Eye Basil

Description

This sauce is very special. We used a technique from the pages of Sarah’s book Preservation Pantry, gently infusing a white balsamic vinegar brine with organic basil grown in our garden. We use Thai peppers and green jalapenos to give it a nice heat. Instead of onions, we used Persephone Farm’s organic leeks. 4 oz bottle.
